The Single-Axis Thermally Controlled Rotary Table is an integrated precision test and calibration platform comprising an environmental thermal conditioning chamber, a single-axis mechanical stage assembly, a high-dynamic servo drive, and a high-resolution angular measurement feedback system. Engineeered to deliver a deterministic thermal-mechanical baseline, the system executes high-accuracy single-axis angular positioning, smooth velocity (rate) tracking, and dynamic oscillation (rocking/swinging) profiles while maintaining precise closed-loop temperature control over the Unit Under Test (UUT). It serves as an essential facility for calibrating, testing, and evaluating the thermal drift, scale factor, and dynamic performance of precision inertial components and complete guidance systems.
